Tumbling
Our tumbling program is the perfect place to start if you’re looking for something fun and challenging for your child. Our athletes work at their own pace and individual skill level during our beginner classes. Our safety-certified instructors teach by using drills and spotted skills. The goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Our athletes are always encouraged to set personal goals and work with coaches and independently to achieve those goals. Please read through the skill levels below to ensure your athlete will be placed in the appropriate class.

Fundamental: Little to no experience. We have a class for ages 6-9 and then 10 and up!
Beginner Basics: Has Perfected Cartwheel, Handstand, Forward Roll
Advanced Basics: Perfected Beginner Basics skills PLUS- Round off, Backward Roll
Intermediate: All previous skills PLUS- Back Walkover, Front Walkover, Handstand Forward Roll
Advanced Tumble: All Previous skills PLUS- Back Handspring, Roundoff Back Handspring
Little Gems Academy
During these classes for our youngest athletes, we focus on independent learning as well as group learning skills. Our safety-certified instructors teach the fundamentals of tumbling, core strength, balance and flexibility. Our Tiny Gems(parent/tot) program is perfect for ages 2-3 and allows the parents to assist. During out Little Gems (ages 4-5), athletes independently learn alongside their peers.
Cheerleading
Our Cheerleading Program is ran in sessions and not eligible for the trial membership. If you are looking into competitive Cheer, please call our office at 502-220-4241 or stop by for more information.
Rec Cheer
Our Rec Cheer Program are 8 week seasons! They will learn and perform a mini routine. Learning jumps, stunt, and tumbling.
Practices are Mondays 6:30-7:30. The season will be March 29th-May 24th. Register now, Limited spots available!!
Ninja
Our Ninja Program is full of obstacle courses, jump boxes, fitness and goal setting, and character growth. For ages 5-13 we have a spot for you! You will also receive an achievement sleeve!!
